Should we implement ethnicity pay gap reporting?

91%   ​Nine out of ten of the respondents from our last IER report said that Government intervention will help the BAME workplace agenda.

Please fill in the questionnaire to have your say on Ethnicity Pay Gap Reporting (EPGR). 
The APPG group for Governance and Inclusive Leadership will be holding a round table discussion with Investing in Ethnicity (the secretariat) and the APPG GAIL Business Advisory committee on 23rd October 2018, which will include feedback from the questionnaire.
