Subira Jones, a.k.a The Corporate Hippie.
I am a Burnout Prevention Consultant and Lifestyle Coach. Early into my career as an investment reporting analyst, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, due to years of anxiety, depression and consecutive burnouts. So, I resigned to prioritise my health.
Whilst on my career break, I retrained as a certified coach, with the vision to help other talented professionals avoid burnout and debilitating work stress illnesses.
