HUMA QAZI
Huma Qazi is an international consultant, with over 20 years’ corporate experience in Supply Chain and Human Resources working with major energy companies such as Eni and BP. Huma has held global senior leadership roles in HR with a remit to deliver integrated HR solutions for global recruitment, entering new markets, mergers and acquisitions. She has lived and worked in the Middle East, Asia, the US and the UK and is multilingual. Huma consults for multiple sectors and organisations. Her consulting work involves: people strategy solutions, diversity & inclusion programmes, leadership team development, organisational culture change, event/workshop design, facilitation and executive coaching. Huma has an MBA in Marketing, MSc in HR Management, is a certified NLP Practitioner and an Accredited Facet5 Practitioner for personality profiling.

MELISSA BERRY
Melissa has over 15 years experience work in the Diversity field in both the Private and Public sector. Most recently working for the NHS and helping implement their Workplace Race Equality Standard. She now consults for public sector organisations such as the London Ambulance Service. Previously she worked for British Gas as a diversity and inclusion specialist

SHAHID BASHIR
Shahid has 15 years of experience driving change in public and private organisations, starting in the arts and cultural sector. Following the Macpherson Report he managed a national race equality scheme at Arts Council, England and became involved with the diversification of heritage programmes at the Victoria and Albert Museum. He then led the London Development Agency on D&I performance. This role evolved into leading Boris Johnson’s business diversity programme for 5 years and further opportunities working with diversity for the Olympics and piloting the Mayors’s Gold and Procurement standards with a wide range of organisations including Deloitte and EDF energy.
Shahid then re-positioned himself to create projects which allowed him to ‘bring the whole of himself to work’. By combining his corporate and creative personas, the “Diversity Works” portrait project was born (www.diversityworks.co). Exhibitions began in 2015 at the Law Society, followed by exhibitions at Mansion House, Linklaters LLP, KPMG UK, Thomson Reuters and Deloitte.
His Colourbrave commission is currently being exhibited at PWC.

JO HEATH
Jo is an Equality Law Improvement Professional and a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) auditor, working in this field for over 20 years. She has worked with global organisations in the private, public, and third sectors carrying out complex inclusion audits and cultural impact assessments. Her clients have included Linklaters LLP, HSBC, Santander, Ernst & Young, Office for National Statistics, The Home Office, Amnesty International, BT Group, Vodafone, Hays Recruitment, EDF Energy, Yorkshire Water and Harvey Nash.
She advises on all equality legislation related issues and designs and delivers a range of cultural initiatives, leadership programmes and diversity and inclusion solutions for businesses.
Before joining Green Park, Jo was an integral part of EY’s commercial (D&I) consultancy team, leading on the commercial practice and was the architect of the methodology of the National Equality Standard (NES) and audit process. She managed the EY cultural audit team and has trained all NES auditors, thereby ensuring quality and consistency of the NES brand.
Jo leads a number of “inspiring women” panels, empowering women to advance their careers and is the European representative for the Global Women Fast Forward initiative. She also supports domestic violence, hate crime and anti-social behaviour teams in London to engage and develop successful intervention programmes and was instrumental in the design of Mayoral Gold Standard for Equality and Diversity and the Mayor’s Diversity in Procurement Standard.
