Huma is an international consultant and facilitator focusing on Diversity and Inclusion, HR, Strategy, Leadership and Workplace Culture. Prior to consulting, Huma has spent 20 years in the corporate world, working in global senior HR roles with major energy companies such as BP and Eni.
Huma consults for multiple sectors and organisations and has advised on D&I and People Strategy, delivered sessions on Inclusive Leadership, Opportunities4Women Conferences and Employee Resource Group Development Programmes for her UK & global clients in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Karachi, Istanbul, Paris, Zurich, Munich, Warsaw, Toronto, Seattle, Silicon Valley, Lima and Johannesburg. She is the Co-Founder of Active Inclusion and her vision is to “humanise businesses”. Huma has an MBA in Marketing, MSc in HR Management, is a certified NLP Practitioner and an Accredited Facet5 Practitioner for personality profiling. Huma has lived in the U.A.E, Pakistan, USA and the UK and is multilingual.
Having started her global corporate career with Shell International, for whom she worked for over nineteen years, Petunia has developed and delivered a broad range of strategic, specialist and global business and cross-cultural projects and roles.

She is a certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation. Petunia also co-wrote an article, published in the Corporate Leadership Council (CLC) Goldbook Case studies, on Executive Coaching. She is also qualified to administer a range of psychometric instruments (e.g. MBTI, Emotional Intelligence). She is a Director on the Board of a non-profit organisation, and is a member of a number of global, professional networks for business professionals and coaches.
She also partners with the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust, providing mentoring training, mentoring and leadership support and expertise. She also speaks Spanish.

Mubeen is the chair of the groups ERG network called REACH, helping to raise overall awareness of B.A.M.E across the organisation. Mubeen’s goal for B.A.M.E inclusion means he is always eager to learn from others and share what he has experienced!
Within the group, Mubeen has worked across many part do the organisation including the branch network, Commerical Banking, Audit, Customer Services and currently in Retail. Prior to Lloyds Banking Group, Mubeen worked as a NVQ Assessor supporting disavdvantaged young adults. Prior, Mubeen worked for in retail managament successfully building branch service and sales performance.
Mubeen also works on coaching and mentoring colleagues internally in the bank and externally in his local community with a key drive to leave a legacy and future for the next generation.
