Opportunities 4 BAME
for high potentials
Since 2012 we have successfully taken over 6,000 delegates, from 22 different countries and over 120 organisations through our dedicated Opportunities 4... programmes, conferences or workshop sessions. The initiative specialises in aiding staff retention and helping diverse talent progress in areas that are lacking. 98% of delegates have said they will take action to progress their career and have a clear plan as a result. In 2017, we developed the line-manager's training modules and webinar sessions to make the programme give better impact and sustainability. The global programme has a proven successful track record in progressing female and BAME talent on their career path.
Executive Sponsor Coaching
We help coach and empower executive sponsors on how to use their time effectively and create the greatest impact on this agenda for their organisations. All executive sponsors on the programme are automatically invited to our breakfast sessions.
