In March 2018, the top organisations, business leaders, champions and ambassadors who have invested in ethnicity to make an impact will be recognised in the Telegraph Top Employers Investing in Ethnicity & Race.
- There will be a Public Sector list and a Private Sector list to allow companies to see how they are performing within their sector.
- The achievement monitored throughout the year will be used to benchmark success in a supplement in The Telegraph (as well as through other publicity channels).
- This initiative’s top ambassadors will also be recognised: Top business leaders, allies and champions working tirelessly to improve this agenda.
- A dinner event will also be held to recognise investors in race, and to celebrate the achievements throughout the year.
- Entering the benchmarking process part of this initiative is free. You don’t have to be a member. However membership will give you access to resources and events as well as feedback on your progress.
