Arnold Donald
President and Chief Executive Officer, Carnival Plc
Arnold Donald has been the CEO and President at Carnival Corporation and Carnival Plc since July 2013. He serves as an Operating Partner of Atlas Holdings LLC and is an Executive Advisor Partner of Wind Point Partners. He was previously President and CEO of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Head of the Executive Leadership Council.


Althea Efunshile
Deputy Chief Executive, Arts Council
Beginning with a career as a teacher, then moving to local government, Althea Efunshile became a senior civil servant at Director level in the Department for Education and Skills. After joining the Arts Council as CEO in 2007, she was appointed Deputy Chief Executive in 2012. She also worked in the voluntary sector as the head of a Community Education Centre in Westminster.


Kene Ejikeme
Managing Director, Goldman Sachs
Joining the company as an analyst, finance professional Kene Ejikeme has been a MD at Goldman Sachs since 2004, having been promoted from his former role at the bank as Head of European Global Institutional Sales.


Gary Elden
Chief Executive Officer, SThree Recruitment
Gary Elden joined SThree’s IT recruitment brand Computer Futures as a recruitment consultant in 1990 and progressed through various roles to become CEO in 2013. He has held a number of senior positions, including founding MD of Huxley Associate.


Ann Fudge
non-Executive Director, Unilever Plc
Ann Fudge is a non-Executive Director at Unilever Plc and Novartis AG. Previously a Board member of Honeywell International Inc. and non-Executive Director of Marriott International Inc., she is now honorary director of Catalyst, a Trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation and Brookings, and Chairman of the US Programs Advisory Panel of the Gates Foundation. She is also a Board member on the Council of Foreign Relations.


Ram Gidoomal
Chairman, Food Standards Agency
Gidoomal holds the position of Chairman for eight companies and is a Board Member of the Food Standards Agency. He is also a non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit and Remuneration Committee of Amsphere Ltd., Chair of the Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education for England and Wales, South Asian Concern and Allia the social profit society.


Shashi Gossain
Founder & Owner, PharmaClinix
Shashi Gossain founded a range of cosmeceuticals designed specifically for Asian skin under the name PharmaClinix in 2006. The company has since grown to 30 countries worldwide and is sold in over 10,000 retail and beauty outlets.


Ian Greenstreet
Founder and Chairman, Infinity Capital Partners
Investment banker Ian Greenstreet is Founder and Chairman of Infinity Capital Partners. He is currently Chairman of the Board Audit Risk Committee of Diamond Bank in Nigeria; a representative of World Bank on Assupol in South Africa; and an advisory Board member of the London Stock Exchange. In 2014, Ian was invited to attend the first US-African Leaders Summit, hosted by President Obama.


Colleen Harris 
non-Executive Director, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust
Colleen Harris is a non-Executive Director of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. Previously, she was a Senior Press Officer in the Prime Minister’s Office before being appointed Press Secretary to HRH the Prince of Wales, and was the first Black member of the Royal Household.


Lord Michael Hastings CBE
Global Head of Corporate Citizenship, KPMG International
Lord Michael Hastings is KPMG International’s Global Head of Corporate Citizenship. He was previously the BBC’s Head of Public Affairs 1996 to 2003 then their first Head of Corporate Responsibility 2003 to 2006. Michael is a Trustee of the Vodafone Group Foundation and previously served for 9 years on the Board for Responsible and Sustainable Business at British Telecom. He first represented KPMG International on the Global Corporate Citizenship Committee of the World Economic Forum 2008 to 2010 and was a Board Director of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2010 to 2012.


Vivian Hunt
Managing Partner, McKinsey
Vivian Hunt is Managing Partner of McKinsey’s UK & Ireland, leading their Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products Practice across EMEA by working with a range of healthcare bodies on topics such regulatory change. Board member of several UK charities, Hunt also worked as regional coordinator and midwife in the US Peace Corps in Senegal, and as healthcare Project Director in New York.


Richard Iferenta
Partner, KPMG
Nigerian barrister Richard Iferenta has been a Tax Partner at KPMG since 2004, specialising in taxation in the Financial Services Sector. Previous appointments include: solicitor for the Tax Department at Simmons & Simmons and VAT specialist with Deloitte and Ernst & Young. He is also the partner sponsor for KPMG’s African Caribbean Network, helping to drive KPMG’s diversity and inclusion strategy


Tom Ilube
Chief Executive Officer, Crossword Cybersecurity
Tom Ilube is CEO of Crossword Cybersecurity and was founder and CEO of Garlik, a venture capital-backed identity protection company sold to Experian in 2011. Previous appointments include: MD of Consumer Markets at Callcredit Information Group; and Information Officer of Egg Plc. He also chaired the UK Government Technology Strategy Board’s 8 Network Security Innovation panel.


Arlene Isaacs-Lowe
Managing Director, Moody's Investors Service
Arlene Isaacs-Lowe is MD, Head of Relationship Management EMEA at Moody’s Investors Service and leads Moody’s Relationship Management Team, driving revenue and market coverage across all fundamental franchises in EMEA territories. With many years’ experience at senior executive level, she was Senior Vice President, Commercial Group, for two years prior to her current position and oversees billions of dollars’ worth of business for the company.


Sir Samuel Jonah
non-Executive Director, Vodafone Group Plc
Knighted in 2003, Sir Samuel Jonah is Executive Chairman of Jonah Capital (Pty) Ltd., and serves on the Boards of various public and private companies. Appointed to the Board of Vodafone in 2009, he is also Chairman of Metropolitan Insurance Group Ltd., an adviser to the Presidents of Nigeria and Togo, and recipient of Ghana’s Companion of the Order of the Star.


Adrian Joseph
Managing Director, Google
Adrian Joseph is Director, Enterprise Analytics Services EMEA at Google. He was previously MD of Google Enterprise for EMEA. Prior to Google, he spent six years at Ford Europe. In 2012, he was appointed Chair of Race for Opportunity, a Prince of Wales charity that stands for responsible business and strives to ensure that all ethnic groups are appropriately reflected in the UK workforce.


Mahmud Kamani
Joint Chief Executive Officer, Boohoo.com
Mahmud Kamani co-founded boohoo.com Plc in 2006 and serves as its Joint Chief Executive Officer. He has over 28 years of experience in the fashion industry and was listed at No. 3 in Britain’s Top 100 Entrepreneurs 2014 by Management Today.


Rakesh Kapoor
Chief Executive Officer, Reckitt Benckiser Plc
Rakesh Kapoor joined Reckitt & Colman in 1987, serving in various executive roles across Asia. In 1999, he was appointed Global Category Director, then later Senior Vice President, Home Care. He was appointed SVP Regional Director Northern Europe in 2001 and, in 2006, was promoted to EVP Category Development. With his vast business acumen and expertise, Rakesh became CEO of the company 2011.


Badar Khan
President and Chief Executive Officer, Direct Energy, Centrica Plc
Badar Khan is the President and CEO of Direct Energy and a leader in the restructuring of the retail and wholesale power markets in the US and UK. He has served in multiple leadership roles at Direct Energy and its parent company, Centrica. Khan currently holds many directorships and serves on the executive council of TechNet, a group of leading technology CEOs advocating for the innovation economy.


Bina Khatwani
Finance Director, Microlease
Bina Khatwani is EMEA Finance Director at Microlease, a leading company in electronic test and measurement equipment, that offers both rental and asset management solutions. Her former appointments include Group Financial Controller at Regenersis, a listed technology outsourcing business; Head of Finance at British Gas Services; Financial Controller at British Telecom Plc; and Senior Finance Manager at Walt Disney


Naguib Kheraj
Senior Independent Director, Standard Chartered Plc
Naguib Kheraj has been the Senior Independent Director of Standard Chartered Plc since June 2015, has been an independent non-Executive Director since January 2014 and has chaired the Audit Committee since May 2014. He is also a Senior Advisor to the Aga Khan Development Network and serves on a number of non-profit entity Boards.


Nish & Sach Kukadia
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founders, Secretsales.com
Brothers Sach and Nish Kukadia co-founded secretsales.com - a members-only private shopping club. Both previously held Director roles at London Express. Nish was an Advertising Planner at MEC Global, WPP Group prior to that with Sach being a Founding Partner at Naughtiness Promotions. They were named Debrett’s / Sunday Times 500 Most Influential People in Great Britain 2015 & 2016 and also named in Drapers Top 100 most influential people in fashion 2016.


Carol Lake
Managing Director, JP Morgan 
Carol Lake is Head of International Markets for Global Philanthropy and has worked at J.P. Morgan for over 10 years. She previously led the firm’s corporate responsibility agenda for EMEA and has held numerous senior management positions. She is a Fellow of the RSAs.


Hussein Lalani
Co-Founder, 99p Store
In 2001, Hussein Lalani founded 99p Stores with his father and brother. The chain had 251 shops, which traded as 99p Stores and Family Bargains, before Poundland bought them for £55 million. Last year he took part in the BBC’s Pocket Money Pitch as one of nine business gurus advising young entrepreneurs on screen.
